Mad Rat OR Master Smacker

i am looking to buy a RTR off road electric buggy i want to know which one of the two would be the easiest to upgrade also i would like to know whichis faster and which one has more grip
i would also like some more suggestions on ajny other cars with budget being an option

The MadRat is a better car, more suitable to being upgraded and is basically a cheap copy of an RC10B4. It's faster as stock than a Master Smacker but a bit more tricky to control as it is just a 2 wheel drive.

Master Smacker is dead easy to handle and is fine if your just going to be bashing about, but is less suitable for racing (changing gear ratios is a pain, spur gears never run true).

Alternatively there's the Step-up models or the HPI Brama 10B if you want to spend a bit more - I've no experience of either but have seen the Step Up Stinger recommended before.

you might be better off buying a second hand car as you would pick up a better car for the same money with option parts already fitted and some spares that is if you dond mind buying secondhand

you mentioned the step up models which model would you actually recomend

i guess he meens the step up stinger to be honest i would buy the madrat over the stinger any day of the week
