droop
Hi,when i run the rear hubs with the 3mm washer to the front,it makes the camber arms further back, this makes them rub more on the wheel as they arent in the middle of it,the only way i can get the wheels to turn when off the ground is to have the droop screws screwed all the way in,this gives almost no droop, the set up is Nathens from TD and its the westbridgford indoor setup, any thoughts
thanks Mark |
I currently have my hubs shimmed long wheelbase like you, and the wishbones long wheelbase too and have no issues with rubbing
Would it help if you mounted the ball to the other side of the hub? Or maybe removing the gold cone washer from under the ball on the hub would be better? I think you'd then need either a shorter screw or to trim down the existing one. G |

Ah, right, we're onto something now. My camber link is on the middle hole of the rear hub and inner lower on the tower.
Try removing the gold cone washer, put it under the screw head so you don't need to shorten the screw. G |
thanks G,i will give it ago:thumbsup:

No problem, it should just move the ball joint in closer to the centre of the wheel where there is a bit more room

Feeling better then G?
