Adjusting diffs on B-max4; any tips?

Guys, the adjustment screws on the diffs you can lock without disassembly is a great idea. But honnestly, I'm not having an easy time locking them with the 2mm allen key as suggested in the manual.

Does anybody have any tips on how to easily/ efficiently lock these screws for diff adjsutment?

Thanks for your help!

How tight do you run the diffs? And do you run the front a little tighter than the back?
