B44 Shock upgrades
Hi,
Just wondering what's the best shock upgrade in your guys opinion for the B44? My fronts are screwed and need repairing or replacing but i don't fancy replacing them with originals especially at forty quid a pop! Thanks in advance, Gav. |
You pay for what you get - simple as that.
I'e heard of people running losi shocks, but they're more expensive than associated |
With the new bleeder caps the associated shocks are fantastic. Losi are good too (Got them on the cat SX)
|
new bleeder caps?
Do you have the Spare number at hand? Cheers Pat |
|
I replaced my caps with those and they are so smooth and easy to do now
|
Thx a lot for the hint, will order them Monday.
|
Cheers for all the info lads.
Repairs it is then with new caps. Whats best plastic bleeding or alu? Thanks, Gav. |
I've been considering building up a BJ4 WE out of spares, and for shocks, I came to the conclusion that the Tamiya TRF shocks (on eBay) were the best choice - they cost about £45 a set.

I have to say the Tamiya TRF shocks are surprisingly nice to build and very well priced. Julius. |
Anyone tried to squeeze on yokomo big bores on yet? Are the lengths similar?
