Onboard camera?
What are people using? I want one that is small with the best videorecording possible. Does transmitter/receiver solutions exist? Have an advances video editing program and want to take it up a level. Onboard racing vids are cool.
Any advice is welcome. Dont mind the price tag too much:thumbsup: |
Haven't got one, but I'm currently saving for a GoPro HD Hero.
http://www.goprocamera.com/index.php...2&productid=33 Not sure it'll fit in 1/10th buggies, but it seems ideal for 1/8th and short course trucks. An older, standard definition version of the GoPro can be found under the traxxas brand too. |
search Flycamone2 on YT
here's some I've done using one of them dashboard mounted in the road car on a winters day in the UK Camera is mounted upside down in a TC shell at an indoor event. Because the light sensor is facing the black carbon the picture suffers this ones outdoors on a sunny day in the UK by desawa82 |
I have a standard GoPro...never been used other than to check its working, still have the wrist strap and its still in its clear acrylic case. Also have a couple of wireless versions where a small unit (size of an OXO cube?) goes in the car and you connect the receiver to a video camera or whatever....
Would be interested in a trade for a bog standard Mardave. Like I said...I have a couple of these things if anyone else is looking for some on-board video? |
