shock piston 2-3 holes

Hi guys,

I bought the car used and took the shocks apart. I saw that there was a 2 holes piston in the front and 3 holes in the back. The holes are bigger in the 2 though. Does the 3 have more damping because of the smallers holes.

Thanks

I swapped a fresh set of 3's front and rear with grants setup like many other have done, seems a great happy medium i dont have to touch normally.. other than swapping from old red's to the new red on the rear.. sometimes

Front -
40wtt on 3 Holes Drilled 55
Schumacher old Grey Springs
Diaphragm - Centre cut out and removed
Ride Height - Wishbones level

Rear -
30wt on 3 Holes Drilled 54
Schumacher old Red Springs
Diaphragm - Centre cut out and removed
Ride Height - Wishbones level

Similar to me except I've got full length ones on the rear.

I wonder if schumacher will do some proper 3/4 length ones as we all seem to be using them...
