Problem with TRF 501X

hello,

I have a big problem with my TRF 501X, the posterior belt always breaks off. I have tried is with the standard regulation, than rendering it softer but I never do not succeed to make more than 10 batteries!! I use a novak a GTB with a motor 6.5.
Someone help me?

Thanks

PS: excuse for my english

also make sure that when you tighten up the upper deck you do it on a flat surface without the shocks on, this helps eliminate tweak which can misalign the pulleys.

This is something that was listed in one of the Japanese magazines by the factory drivers.

Hi Ayrton, welcome.

Are you 100% sure you have the belt tensioner sleeves the same setting either side? are you sure you have the diff in the right way round?
I've not seen a belt come off

Hmmm may be obvious, but it wasnt to me or someone else lol...that when building the car, its very easy to use the wrong bearings for the belt guides. this makes the belts very tight. The wrong bearings will still fit though.

Hope you can sort the problem out.

Col.
