PHP Help Needed!

Is anybody on here competent with PHP, and prepared to help me with what I am sure will be a very small job for a person who is knowledgeable with PHP and osCommerce?

If you are willing to volunteer your help, please let me know!!! I am losing the will to live with this one!

i am trying to add a price discount package to a shop i am creating, but i cannot get the module to work....i am no programmer, so i dont know what the problem is!!!
