Cat sx front wheels spinning

Hi all, new to this forum and to rc cars, i have a cat sx with lipo and brushless 6.5t motor, the problem i have is that i seem to get much more drive to the front two wheels than the rear, i never realised that this was a problem until i drove another one yesterday, i found it much easier to get it to oversteer etc. I tried to adjust the slipper clutch suspecting this may be the problem but didnt get the results i expected. If anyone could shed some light on this for me, or is that just the way they are?????

it sounds like the other one is setup better if you have a fixed layshaft and your diffs are set up correct with no slip it cannot be a car problem unless some thing has broke drive pin drive shaft that sort of thing the slipper clutch wont give more drive to front or rear as it is attached to the spur gear not the axels.

The car is std as far as i am aware. I havent tried adjusting the diffs, if i could get some basic rules on setting up to start from i could prob work it out, all ideas welcome. Thanks in advance.

tighten slipper clutch test diff for slip by holsin one wheel and spur gear and try spinning the other if they slips refer to manual to adjust.

only things that will cause the front to spin more than the rear is

1) rear diff slipping
2) rear belt skipping
3) pulley driving belt for rear diff is slipping
4) overdrive pulley on the front end (larger pulley on front layshaft)

Or if it still twitchy try the 12.5deg front blocks......makes the car very forgiving
