Speech software for Race software

What do people use as the Windows defaults aren't very good.

They are definately included in the Laps free software.

The best I have heard is the one that they use at the Maritime Raceway for the Petit RC race. They use FABCount

there is a free version as well as a paid version, the free version should be adequate.
