hello i put a lrp sphere tc spec with a novak 10.5 in my sc10 i turned it on done 1 lap at pda and it stoped. look at it and the yellow wire come off the motor
so i soldered it back on and turned it all back on and it was just sat there the motor got realy hot and the yellow wire come off agen any1 help:confused:

Check that there's nothing stopping the rotor from revolving in the motor and that there's no wires shorting across the motor terminals.

thanks mate ill have a look at it. it has been runing ok up and down the road at home just done 1 lap on sunday and it did that with the wire

When speedo's/motors get mega hot really quickly, that normally means something is binding or shorting out :(

Also look at whether the rotor is still intact - i.e the magnets won't slide etc.
