Yea I play on VRC got the USB adapter to use my DX3R.. Great for some general racing.. on a rainy day.. ect.. I have improved because of it.. Only been racing since last feb time and my national ranking on 1/10th is 13th and 14th for 1/10th -1/8th. I pla it maybe couple of times a week max.. Its good for practice and keeping fingers nimble over winter:lol: Im an offroad guy.. but still good fun.

But If you have some spare cash.. I would recommend it.. its not cheap.. but good fun..pritty darn realistic. And yea, The New VRC should be out in the next month or so. Which will be onroad with leccys aswell. Then they will finish off offroad-Doubt will be out for good 6 months...but will be bl88dy amazing looking at the pics.
I do recomend it, but then again its not cheap. And think if you get it now or something.. If you get the new one when out.. you get a discount or something.. like that.. GOOD FUN!

I've done 1:8 TR for 10 years + and now mostly 1:10 OR. I've been to several of the international tracks, and I can guarantee that it's VERY realistic!

The first real VRC track, the Oslo track, is my home track. And I helped the guys with measurements of the track. It's fun to have been part of that!

I think VRC is very well worth the cost!

Make sure you have a good gaming PC for a good experience!

Yup a couple.

One is Revolt and I use a Playstation joy pad so is basically the same as sticks and is rather good. The advantage of this is they still develop cars and tracks so you will never grow tired of this game.

also I have an RC game for the playstation which you can get for the PC and is also rather good fun and both are an easy way of practising. Cheap as chips as well.

Ah! I remember Revolt! Can you get that for PC? Link?

Are there any off-road RC games around???

jamiekerr14 08-12-2009 01:45 PM

The only One I know of is Real Race G2 which I have.. but its pants.. really un realistic.. and poor graphics ect-Granted its very old. and very rare to get hold off.. but its not great.. Even though im a offroad guy prefer VRC as its more realistic and runs better.. tbh
