What is the name of this part

I want to order the below marked part. But i don't know how this orange coloured part is called. If you have the name of the orange part for me or a article number, that would be a great help.

Not sure they sell the mounts separately do they? They're just parts that come with the carbon tower.

You can only get those components with the K Factory Shock tower.
They cant be bought as separte items
