Graphic Needed

Hello

I am the current PRO for 12th circuit and in need of help.

I am trying to get a header graphic for a website and all Event Literature.

The event is the European championship for 12th circuit being held in Hinckley in 4-7 March 2010.

The Event Website is www.ec2010.org

Please can somebody help, as I am no Graphic Designer.
