M-RACING have a ebay shop selling setup stations. I bought one of these for 1/10 scale 4wd for 40 pounds.

After buying it using the 'buy now' on ebay, i payed straight after using paypal.

after 10 weeks of waiting and trying to get in touch with them, I am yet to see my setup station.

I have now wrote a letter to them telling them i am angry with this and that i also think they did'nt even post the station out to me as the code i was given does not exist to trace.:mad:

Start a dispute with ebay and paypal.

You will get a refund if no goods are recieved, eventually. ;)

they have just appeared for sale again havent they?

pete, your correct. the diffrence is they also do a 1/8 scale now.

I was thinking about getting one. Do you have an office address? I deal with someone weekly over there and could get them to pay a visit if they are close (long shot) if you like

Just lodge a dispute on ebay about goods not recieved etc. When I have email them in the past I've always had a quick response.

Hi chaps.

My mate from a fair trading office kindley e-mailed m-racing with a complaint.

M-racing e-mailed me direct with a bit of a shock.

I had a appology in full, a full refund to my paypal account and aslo a free setup station is now on its way.

lets say i'm happy about this one.
