Turnigy Batteries???????

What is the general consensus on the quality of turnigy Lipo's? I picked one up off of ebay, but have only run it twice. not nearly enough to come up with a like or dissapointment for em yet. And could someone tell me if this price is real?

They're ok, but their 30 or 40C batteries are better, simply because they'll make up for any rating inaccuracies.

widnerkj 31-10-2009 10:58 PM

I'm not in any position to know anyone at the front. I'm stuck takeing care of the suckers in the prison for now. It's a weird job, and it makes me hate myself. Hence why I try to spend as much time as I can with my cars. Building them takes my mind off of this place. I've got 1 already, I get about 20 min runtime on it with the Cyber10B and a VXL brushless 20/89 gearing. Motor gets pretty warm after 20min tho. I'm just courious if it's going to die a horriable death, or work out pretty well. It's really freaky how light they are.

all lipo batterys are light in weight a quarter of a nimh battery and 10 times better i would never look back to nimh battery you got a good lipo charger . i got the traxxas rustler vxl fast as f--- on a 11.1v lipo and i have got a stampede vxl and the bandit emaxx revo and just sold the hpi flux savaged brushless mamba 1/8scale

widnerkj 31-10-2009 11:35 PM

I had a rustler vxl and it was INSANE on a 3 cell. With the Monster truck tires on it, it'd wheeley in a second regardless as how fast you were going at that point. But alas, my poor rusty died a horriable death, and now the vxl lives in the cyber

stampede vxlboy 31-10-2009 11:42 PM

you broken the chassis or the hole car

widnerkj 31-10-2009 11:46 PM

the front was run over by a jerk in an armored humvee. I'm slowly building it back together.
