Quite often we take good service for granted so I just wanted to say a big :thumbsup: to DMS. Rang them t'other night at 5:25pm about a part, Michelle promised a call back (bear in mind I was being dead cheeky as it was 5 mins before closing) and rang me at 5:55 to say they'd got it in. I got it the next day. Marvellous. Keep it up guys.

I have praised DMS for their great service before but seeing this thread and having just got home to open my latest order feel I have to comment
Truly awesome service proving they know their customers and Im sure im not one of their regulars
Supplied alternate to 1 item I ordered for a saving of about £12, also after ages for searching for some royal oil and not being able to find anywhere that stocked it, ordered something else from dms, royal oil arrived in the order, reckon they must be mind readers

Hi Dave, glad you approved of the connectors (some people only ever want exactly as they have ordered, but the Vampire ones were about £12 cheaper for the very same thing as Peak so we thought it was better to swap them for you) as for the Trinity Royal Oil, since we took over distribution of their range of products here in the UK again that has been one of the single most popular items, has to be one of the best oils ever seen for bearings etc, glad to have it avialable again.
