Regional AGM 2009

I am holding the Regional AGM at the Fox Inn Pakenham IP31 2JU on Tuesday 17th November 2009 to start promptly at 7:30 pm.
It would be good to see as many Clubs and drivers turn up as possible.

The future of the 1:10th Electric Off Road Regional Series needs to be determined following the low turnouts and the general lack of interest this year.

I will not be available for the post of Regional Representative for 2010.

Please let me have any items for an agenda which I will then post up later.

Despite the fact that over 100 views have been recorded on RC Racechat and Oople I have only had a few responses to the announcement regarding the AGM.
Similarly the response from 7 Club contacts has been disappointing and in fact 3 of those have confirmed that they are unlikely to run Off Road in 2010. Some Club contacts have so far failed to reply.
The AGM will still go ahead but if there is little or no support from Clubs and drivers then there will be no East of England Regional Series next year.
I feel I should remind you that the Regional Series determines the drivers licence grade for the following year and this in turn provides eligibility for The British Regional Championship and The Inter-Regional F3/F4/F5 Championship.

Maybe you should have been at the AGM to have helped sort the Region out instead of posting comments that are of no use to anyone!!
