Xcelorin throttle limits question . . .

OK one last Q (hopefully!).
I got my LED on my USB adapter to turn green.
That caused a massive nights partying so haven't plugged it into ESC yet.
I find the instructions equivocal. It say "Use this to limit the power available using forward throttle. The lower the percent the less forward throttle speed will be available."
But then (in the tables) it says 0% = 100% of forward speed ! Well, you can't get any lower than 0%. 0% should be NO forward speed, not 100% !
So, if I want 80% of forward speed, I set it to 20%. Is that right ?

IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS SAYING THATS HOW MUCH YOUR LIMITING IT BUY,limit the throttle buy what ever % so 100% would be little to no throttle,?

Having thought about it, it can't be.
Default is no limit and it says that's 0%.
So I have programmed 20% in. I reckon that gives me 80% throttle.
We'll see soon cos the thing is almost finished !!!!!
