New gear set for SAVOX SC 1251 servo?

I'm struggling to find any where online that sells spare gears for this servo. Does anyone know who might sell some. The servo looks like this...

order them direct from cml distribution, will take a bit (mine have been flagged as taking 2-3 weeks).

The gears will be available to order from any CML stockist who carries the Savox range. If you order direct from the CML website it is not CML who supply you, it will be one of their dealers who participates in the "shopatron" system that CML use, which generally takes longer and costs you more than if you just buy direct from a dealer TBH

Thanks DMS. Do you stock them or can you get them by any chance?

We do and "should" have them in, call the shop tommorow and we can check for you and get back to you before the day is through to let you know...

The "shopatron" systoem is "OK" IF a shop keeper has all day to sit online and wait for the orders to arrive and THEN hope they are "given" the order after 24 hours has passed (all shops "compete" for each individual order based on who has the most - all - of it in stock and shop location, then 24 hours later get "awarded" the "rights" to the order to fulfil it. Postage rates through Shoptron are quite a bit higher than direct through your favourite store and to be honest your order goes absolutley nowhere for at least 24 hours until it is "allocated" to a shop. In 24 hours, we - as indeed MOST other good UK mail order shops too - would expect to have shipped your order and it already be in your possesion let alone not even allocated to be sent out!!!) For these few reasons (high maintence, nore cost to the cusotmer and slower delivery service) we do not participate in the Shopatron system..... (as indeed do several other of the UK's leading stores neither)

I've only just seen this message now. I'll give you a call tomorrow.

Apparently you don't have them in stock and the lady on the phone couldn't give me any more info as to when they might be in so I'm back on the hunt.

Darren Boyle 21-10-2009 03:06 PM

That will be because I place all the orders and I have been off sick today, but should be back at the shop tommorow and will endeavour to find out for you...
