It used to be that when I heard on commentry I'm goin well in a qualifier( rarely! )-I tended to go into "safe" mode, and tiddle round the remainder of the run and gift the places to everyone else.....!! I've got a little better.... and I now do enjoy the commentry-especially the Church and Truman styliee :woot:
Keep 'er floored!!

I doint think people 'mind' being talked about on the commentry.
I remember my first years national series, round one at tiverton, doing well untill i heard my name being mentioned then I bottled it! But ive always thought as it to be one of them things which people adjust to and to enjoy.
Before I stopped racing I was lucky enough to hear DC/DCvodka hit the mic and this was definatly one of the things which vastly improoved the racing weekend, abit of comedy and important information for all, it can even calm some peoples nerves, definately helped me mate!

I always like the "what could go wrong now" statement in the commentary.
