KoPropo what a joke !! Please Help
 

Hi All

Can anybody help i lost my jog wheel of my Ko Esprit III transmitter back in April. I tried to contact Ko USA and sent a total of 10 emails over 2 weeks not a single responce from any:thumbdown:

So i tried the europe Ko contact which is a company called
Robitronic Electronic Ges.m.b.H based in Austria, and got the reply below.

Dear Mr. Tyson,
　
I don't have this part on stock but I will order it for you from Kopropo.
Unfortunately this will take I think about 4-6 weeks.
Please contact me direct again in about 1 month, then we will see if I already have it.

I did contact them 4 weeks later (May) and then 6 weeks later then in June, July, August, and September.:mad: But dont get any responce anymore:mad:

What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!:thumbdown:

Can any one help on this matter as i am becoming very distrubed that the excellent radio gear is let down by truly CRAP!!! service.:thumbdown:

Hi mate, RC Disco are now distributing KO propo in the UK I believe - have you tried them? http://www.rcdisco.com/
