Xcelorin not going forward

Hey all,

I'm experiencing an issue with my xcelorin setup that I thought you chaps might have some knowledge on. The motor works much of the time, but if it stops at a certain point, it won't go any more. If I move it on a cog, it starts working again. I imagine this is due to sensor issues? I've changed the sensor wire, but that hasn't changed anything. Any thoughts?

Fortunately I haven't actually taken the heatsink off it yet, as I wouldn't be surprised if that invalidated the warranty

I had this once with a novak system. It was one of the phases that had blown...:( Send it back if its still under warranty.

Yep you need to skim the comm and put new brushes on.

I've tried an alternative motor and sensor wire, but had no joy, so it must be the ESC. Have shipped it off to horizon for repair - anybody know how long they usually take?
