I need a new engine but not sure wot to go for only race at local track and only have £150 max or do I go 2nd hand RB / novarossi

Try getting a Sirio CL3B, I'm not sure if you can still do it for £150, but they are fantastic engines, really popular at my local track. Not for me though...
