harassing e-mail.

i've just had some harassing e-mail off a member of this site after selling a product. (legalreason names cant be mentioned)

i was lead to beleive that my 5.5 was a x12 version, so selling it with the same imfo i was told on it, it was bought for 37.50.

i then get an e-mail saying that its not an x12 but x11 type 5.5.

i try to be nice about it, explaining thats what i was told it was.

Don't be a twat. If you've sold something that is not as described, take it back and refund the guy. Then re-sell it with an accurate description, what's the big problem?

Really you shouldn't be posting one side of a conversation with someone without their permission - from the looks of it you've made an honest mistake so I'm not sure what the problem is? Obviously taking it back and refunding costs/purchase price is the only way to go?
I hope it's all resolved quickly any everyones happy again

5.5

after finding out its the x11 type, i by all means will be refundin the chap and will recall the motor back. but why go down the route of using arassment via e-mail.

thats unacceptable.

Sure it is and I know full well people react 'oddly' over the internet - I've dealt with a few situations where there's been a misunderstanding and people are quick to jump to the wrong conclusions and react in a negative way.
:bored:
