Although I don't know the track, there are many, many adjustments you can try. Biggest changes will come from tyre choice and springs (softer front or stiffer rear will generate more steering).

This assumes the car is mechanically right, no binding, no loose parts, and correct travel for the suspension and steering.

also perhaps ask nick goodhall when he is next down there. i believe he runs the car there so will be your best point of call

Elvo's guide is good to read http://users.telenet.be/elvo/.

This page is a handy reference http://users.telenet.be/elvo/15/1_content.html

I've got rid of the play in my front joints to tighten up the stearing as well, just used small bits of fuel line for plans (or air line from a fish shop), cut a bit off and put it over the ball joint, tightens it up a bit.

have you added any lead to the car? if you are running lipo the car is very light out of the box, particularly at the front. Add as much weight as you can around/under the front bulkhead and steering assembly.

Also the kit springs are very soft so you will be better fitting some "known rate" springs from Losi etc. As Niggs says speak to Nick when he is next there as i haven't raced at PDP so am not sure of the best spring combo

weight, weight and more weight, fit as much as you can, on top of the servo, beside the servo, anywhere you can slot some, the car is super light on the front end.
