Kyosho Progress

I've picked up a fully working Kyosho progress with period working radio, the futaba with the arial on the side and all. I was wondering what sort of value these cars hold or should i just shelf queen it after a good clean ? It's like being 13 again, I was awed by it then and still am. I daren't race it, it looks too fragile by far.

I've got one of those - awesome car. No idea what its worth, should be loads but Kyoshos don't command the same value as Tamiyas and it was never very mainstream so not so many people want it for the nostalgia.
However since I used to use one aged 11 which must have involved a lot of crashing I can tell you its more robust than it looks!

Here's my little progress page from a few years ago http://www.oople.com/rc/vintagerc/progress.html
I still have the brand new kit and a new build gallop which is like the frame-body version of the same chassis - 4WDS, madness!
