i am going to make a relient robin chassis i will vacuume form a shell at schl then create a frame using the dimentions from the shell and finnaly use a simular set up to the mardave side car

Yep theres 2 different shells i know off, early one and the later one. Bloke on a well known aution site makes chassis :D

my school has a vacuume former i can do it for for free

But can you get hold of lexan through school? Plus, is the vac former big enough?

I remember when i was at school i asked about doing something similar, a cateram shell... Which may i add my dad made a mould well before the mardave one was released :p...

My teacher said the vac former wasnt big enough (it looked plenty big enough to me!) and the plastic they had wasnt good enough either..

Just keep it in mind ;)
