i need a good esc for racing
 

can anybody help me out with choose a good esc .that take sensorless as well plz i have been looking at a speed passion 2.0 version and a orion vortex 100amps i just keep having problem with esc

personally i would go for the speed passion,and decide wether you want it mainly for bashing or racing,

M-tronics are also fast times and making prices that are not large.

The Speed Passions are good, and include a programming card, so you don't have to wait for beeps and lights.

thanks guys its for a bit of bashing but racing most .but if i use my madrat for a bit of bashing . i will use my mamba castle but. ive got my rustler and stampede to bash with

the guy with the speed passion wont let me pay by postal order as i dont have paypal. so i will have to buy the orion vortex :drool:

You don't have to buy the Orion... You've been given some good advice here, i'd be inclined to wait, or post a specific wanted post for a Speed Passion in the trade section. There's not much point in asking advice and then going against it. I personally can't see why anyone wouldn't accept Postal Orders.

£75 of the esc will to pay .and i will be using my motors that are sensorless carnt afford a different motors yet.

You need to keep this bashing crap seperate from racing. Racing cars and equipment are not made for bashing and vice versa. Use the traxxas stuff for bashing and keep the madrat for racing and do not put it or any of it's equipment down anywhere other than a racetrack. (including batteries...)

Im not too clued up on the Speed Passion stuff, but is that the same as the Hobbywing 60A ESC? Ive read somewhere its just rebadged as Speed Pasion.

They aren't the same. The Orion VXLboy has is made by Hobbywing, as are the Speedpassions but they aren't all the same model.

The most Speedpassions and the cheaper Orions are based on the Xerun series, but the higher end Speedpassions are quite a lot more advanced than the basic Xerun. The cheapest (Inspire) Speedpassions are indeed Ezruns.

PM me if you are still interested in a B4, because it now seems you have a 100A Orion (which I'm after) going free. Maybe an exchange is possible.....

i was going to buy a orion vortex i have not got 1 yet .and i thing i am going to buy a ezun carnt afford alot as are las is hard work . will buy a better esc when i race all the time . as i only race onces every 2 weeks
