Brushless 6.5 for a Cat SX
 

Looking for a new motor for my cat as the 7.5 is getting a bit warm and I think it's due to to the motor working too hard.

So looking at a 6.5 and on my list I'm thinking

LRP X12 6.5
LRP X11 6.5
Tekin 6.5

Any other recommendations? Leaning towards to the Tekin as I'm running a Tekin RS Pro ESC

Mike, the speed passion comp 2.0 motors are very good but they are soon to be replaced by the NEW comp 3.0 these are the motors that have just won the 4WD euro's ;)

Haven't used it yet as I drove my XXCR Kinwald today. Just at the end I decided to run the Cat SX etc. and found it's still very hot even though I've geared it down.

Speed Passion, thinking about them too, but haven't paid much attention to them until I saw them at the Euros.

I've been running the speed passion gear for over a year now and it's been fantastic (speedo's,motors) will be investing in the new (blue) ;) speedo for my X-6 sq before worksop series :thumbsup: no dought other people will say X brand is the best but from my own personal view i can't see myself using anything else, great value as well :thumbsup:

Losi motors are very good :woot:

Got a Losi 7.5 at the mo, but prob going with a Speed Passion due to getting them at a good price. It'll be paired up with a Tekin RS Pro
