Ko Universe/KO297 FZ - Compatible
 

Is anyone using the above combination with any success ? I tried today and either they aren't compatible or someone from here sold me a duff receiver :confused: :(

The 297FZ is the early 40 Mhz receiver, not to be confused with the 301 and later 302 types.

You can, you need to change the transmitter from ultra to normal response.
