Bantam bc6 voltage measurement problem

Currently charging a 4s lipo, the screen showing individual voltages says I have a bad cell, one at 2.8v, all others fully charged, but the front screen says it's at 16.8v, so all 4 wold be 4.2v!? Anyone had this?

actually, charged is 4.4v per cell, so 4.4+4.4+4.4 = 13.2, leaving 2.8v

Lol, corrected my first post, reads 16.8v, 4.2v is a full charge on a cell, hence 8.4v limit at nationals etc. I have 4.2+4.2+4.2+2.8=15.4v, but the main screen says 16.8v

Case solved anyway, just been lent a voltmeter and it reads 16.77, so the cell is fine, either the charger or balancer board or balance lead on the cell must be iffy! Thinking balance board as my other board/cells measure fine!
