No such thing ! - 4-40 is a thread size - do you want a "TAP" to cut threads - or do you need a pilot drill for 4-40 thread tapping ?

Cris. Are you wanting a hole to thread a 4-40 screw into or a hole to slide a 4-40 screw into?

For some reason I thought the hinge pins on a B4 were 4.40 size :( Im still learning this imperial lark!

I was after a drill bit to ream the holes on a B4 wishbone, but G-mag Northy has hooked me up :)
