D4 Diff balls
 

When rebuilding my front diff this morning,I noticed that I was missing some thrust race balls. Obviously they had escaped when the diff bolt snapped.
After searching everywhere for some,I was resigned to the fact that I was in for a 1hour trip to the hobby shop,when I came up with a bright idea.
I grabbed an 1150 bearing out of my spares box,cracked the cage and removed the balls.
They are the correct size and much cheaper than the genuine article.
thought I should share this as it saved me a lot of time and stress.
