One way diff
 

Just bought a DC Racing one way diff, just after you thoughts.

Whos using one?

i have one in my X5 and XXX4, no problems with either after a winter of racing indoors.

What are the difference between the one way diff and the stock ones that come with the worlds kit? Sorry guys but i m new in this things:p

the kit comes with a diff for the front as standard

the one way uses one way bearing instead of the ball diff action so you get the 4wd under power but the front freewheels off power and under breaking

I don't understand the benefit of one way diffs. Why would you want to pull the handbrake on when going flat out? 4WD braking has to be better surely:confused:

the one way helps the car turn in much better

Ran it on sat for 3 mins, broke. Now trying to phone/email dc racing not a thing.

Were you at Teeside? Was there many buggies there? Im thinking of going down on Wed night for a practice before the Regional Finals. Will you be going?

Not enough steering with permanent 4wd unless you're on a mega grippy surface ;)

Unless ther's a lot of straights followed by hairpins you don't need the extra stopping power you get with four wheel braking. Only having rear brakes also gives you the ability to pivot the car with a quick dab of brakes if you need to :)

About 10 on sat night, have been told theres a few who go on a wed night. Am not going, on wed or the finals, only did 2 regionals after just getting back into it in jan.
