Petit 17th Jan clash
 

Hi everybody.

As you in the no will already know next years Petit meeting at maritime is on the 17th of jan.
I am affraid this will clash with the 4th round of our winter series.
I have been on to the lady who sorts out the bookings regards the hall and there is no way of moving our date for this month.
I myself sorted out our dates 6 months ago with her and she has moved other clubs and events around for us already so we have sole use of the hall this winter for all 6 of our meetings.
If we run the same format as last year you can drop 1 round from the 6, so for you who go this will have to be the round you drop.
Hope this does not cause to many probs to people but thats just the way it goes at times.

Alan has asked me to inform you that thanks to the kindness of Linda and the hall committee, the round of the Winter Series due to take place on the 17th January 2010 (clashing with the Petit RC event) has now been brought forward a week to the 10th January 2010 - allowing those drivers wishing to take part in both events the ability to do so.
