IB cells 2 years without a charge !

Help...

I've 5 packs of IB's that I bought just before I stopping racing for a couple of years. They are all pretty much brand new. What should I do to bering them back to life being that they have being stored flat (or at least they are now..) for two years ?

I've tried charging a pack at 3 amps but it keeps false peaking ?

Thanks.

Andy.

Could just sell them on ebay, they have only had around 2 or 3 charges each, just don't mention the fact that they are 2 years old !!!!!!!

I'm having a play to see if they will charge... fingers crossed.

On another similar matter.

Just charged up my leisure battery for 24 hours and it's not holding a charge at all. When I connect my charger it says 'Low Input' so is it knackered ?

the leisure battery did got warm, which is troubling. I've turned it off charge now to let it rest in peace, is there anything I can do with it ?

Ta.

Update.

After putting a bit of charge in the IB's and then equalizing them, they appear to be just fine, so not going in the bin after all :)

12 Volt totally dead. After charging for 2 days registered 8 volts.... Now residing at the council tip with similar condition car batteries.
