If you go to http://www.samknows.com/broadband/ they will tell you what providers are activated at the exchange.

Doesn't look good, you may be able to get a different provider but the system hasn't updated. I wouldn't expect lightening speeds though.

This is what mine looks like: http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/THBZ

We had them and their telephone servce, free calls etc, for a couple of years. Faultless service but they were a bit of a nightmare when we moved, the people in the call centres weren't the best but other than that we didn't have any problems.

I'm now using BT for the line and Be for broadband. I might switch back to tiscali after the 12 month bt contract is up purely beacuse they were about £10 a month cheaper.

Hi Southwell - i dont think that the site has been updated, tells me Zen is not available for my postcode and i have been with them for 5 years.

Best use the link i posted and check with the service provider for availability on their own site i reckon. :)

Better still, just sign up with Zen and be sure its as good as it can be for ADSL.

Yeah, it's normally pretty good though. Mine changed almost when new things were added. I would check via the websites although when you don't have much on the exchange at all i would expect the providers to be fairly restricted.
