M3 30mm Cap Head Screws
 

Threaded all the way down. For shock mounting so not brittle please...

Still looking for some, can anybody help?

The closest i can find is on stagonset.com but their 30mm ones arnt threaded the whole way down, you would have to go to 40mm and cut them down which isnt ideal.

EDIT: Just looked at the button screws and they have a 30mm threaded the whole way down, they are all stainless steel so not brittle.
