XX4 battery brace
 

After running in belguim and having my battery spit out the side of the car i have made a brace using a battery post and some carbon fiber.

as you can see i have offset the post so it sits behind the motor.

as the back of the chassis is very tight to the wishbone i have incorporated the battery strap mount into the front brace on the shocktower and keeping the origonal brace behind to alow a small gap.

here is a pic without the lipo, you can also see that i have trimmed the recever mount down to make it easyer to fit the lipo
