Losi xcelorin vs Lrp vector

Hi, Im after some advice. I am looking to run an X6 indoor when its too wet for 1/8 rally x, and to hopefuly sharpen up my Nitro skills:lol:. I've been looking at different brushless motors, the Lrp vector x12 7.5 turn roughly £89.99, also the Losi xcelorin 7.5 again roughly £49.99. Is the Losi motor good quality etc and on a par with the Lrp? or am i missing something??:eh?: would i need to go down to 6.5 with the Losi to get same performance i would get from the Lrp 7.5??
any advice greatly apreciated.

If anything my Losi motors feel better than my old Novaks. A 7.5 Losi will be about the same, if not a little quicker than a Novak 7.5, i think they are on par with LRP motors.

With the X12 motors you can adjust the timing, more revs less torque or the other way round,i run a 7.5 in my rc race bike and the timing adjustment is a big advantage as we need less torque and more revs...
