Another PC question
 

When in google etc and you type in the search box how do you stop the scroll down list popping up as you type.
I cant find how to turn this off in XP

Go to Internet Tools, click on the "Content" tab, and turn off the AutoComplete function.

This, I think, should do the trick for you.
