For starters DMS probably hold the largest stock for parts in Europe. Their service is second to none also.

The only parts i have bought as extras is the E speed hangers and the BK2 axles. Both available from DMS, i also use losi shocks but this is pretty much a standard now.

If you get the BK2 axles, you'll also need the axle spacers to go with them as well!

E-speed hangers (or home made, since they are out of stock) are a must at high grip astro...
Thats the only mod i have.

We currently have over a 70 sets of E-Speed hangers in stock, which are available through any of the dealers listed on our X-Factory UK website (link below in my signature), including oursleves if you are stuck for some.

There is no reason, other than "not ordering them" that any UK dealer should not have these in stock at present, the supply is certainly NOT the problem....

MKracing - Out of stock
microtechracing - Don't find any
PBM - Can't find any webshop :eh?:
theraceplace - Out of stock
tracksidespares - Don't find any
dms-racing - Don't find any

Maybe i'm blind or stupid, but that how far i get :wtf:

ES001 in our search, brings them straight up on the DMS website in the E-Speed section of our site if you wish to purchase from us.

None of the other shops you mention have the ES001 on back order at present (no-one does), the only reason they dont have them is because they have none on order currently.

As I already mentioned we have over 70 sets in stock, but we cannot make the shops carry them on the shelves, each store will stock respectivley what they believe they need to or order parts as they are needed by customers. We could have any sensible quantity of ES001 delivered to the door of any of those dealers you list for tommorow morning if you need us to, all they have to do is call us to place the order on your behalf if you chosse to use any of the stores from your list other than oursleves. The choice is yours...

Tuna, I don't understand. We've had ES001 & 002 in stock on our sites for a month now, and as Darren said, he's got a ton of them. I remember shipping that order!

X Factory is a very small company experiencing exponential growth, and the biggest problem we have is ordering enough of anything. We double the size of our last order, and it sells faster than the previous order did. So from time to time we run out of hot-selling numbers, but usually not for long.

At the same time, we can't order the moon and have sales taper off to "normal" growth so we're left with a 10-year supply of something.

When the current in-stock shipment of ES 001 & 002 arrived, the box was so heavy we thought the mother ship had landed...

@ DMS, thanks, i didn't think of the part#, i searched for Espeed. I'll order right away :)

@ YoungChazz, yesterday i ordered a X6, and lots of parts for it from xfactorystore, but when i tried to add the hangers in the cart, i got this message:We are unable to complete your request. Currently there are no # ES 001 Camber Link X - 6s in stock."

AmiSMB 30-06-2009 03:35 PM

I have some that I have as spare but do not need that I have put in the for sale section.

Chazz and co are all away at present at the ROAR nats racing and away for best part of a month so I doubt your order will leave the USA for some time yet, Chazz will correct me if I am wrong. From Sweden I would of thought that it was quicker to order from Europe and not much different in price also at present.

hottuna 30-06-2009 05:22 PM

LOL, i give up...
It's abit cheaper for us to order from US, and it only takes a few more days. But if i have to wait weeks, (month?) i'd rather pay a bit more. But now i've already ordered from Xfactory US :(
And i just ordered hangers from DMS that have already beendespatched great job!) If i have knew this i would have ordered everything from you.

Darren Boyle 30-06-2009 10:50 PM

Please wait for Chazz to confirm this, but it is my understanding that all staff and employees are on the trip to the ROAR nats, leaving no-one back at HQ to pick and pack orders....

Also, yes your order came in this afternoon and has left for you in todays post too......

hottuna 30-06-2009 11:47 PM

Yes, i hope Chazz will clear things out soon. Thanks for all information :)
