XXX4 Steering Mod
 
Hi,

I just got a spare chassis for my XXX4 and it came with this mod on the steering, anyone seen this before?

From what ive seen it was used quiet alot i think dan greenwood did a version of it he sold as a bit of a kit.

yeah i had one on mine its gives more steering of you ve not got on yours already put it on and you see difference it makes

yeah, it's to give you more steering lock on the outside wheel, and it's definitely an improvement. You might find that it gives too much on some tracks, such as high grip astro, but i always ran it on my xxx4

I used to do carbon ones, extensions to the arms and a shorter drag link with pickup in centre.

Ive just put them on my XXX4 g+ Dan, You say about the drag link with the pick up in the centre, I guess thats the other peice on this lads picture thats also in alloy?, Other than the extensions.

If you have an old nackerd carbon fibre shock tower and a dremel there easy enough to make really. I may have some in my spares lot i could send you if you want. They arent the origional ones that Dan Greenwood was selling but they dont look far off to be honest...
