losi xcelorin brushless
 

10 months ago i bought a xcelorin speedo. i used it a few times and noticed it was always having problems when trying to set it.

i was so cheesed off with it, i posted it off to horizon hobbys with a letter explaining it's problems.

i recieved a letter today saying that it's programing chip has failed and i will be sent a brand-new system as soon as they are in stock.

many thanks to glen's assistance with a service second to none.

Had problems with the first one I bought and it was replaced within a week. Top marks to Horizon.....

Yep the service is good, my own Xcelorin ESC just packed up, no led's nothing, had finished a good sunday racing session and was setting it up on a tuesday for wednesday race. sent back and Glen was on the phone next day.

Unfortunatly ESC is completely shot and no replacements in country for a few weeks. DOH!!!

just bought a cheap new Orion ESC:thumbsup: as backup hopefully will be here before Sunday's session otherwise back to 12t brushed.

heart faliure alert.....i'm bustin to use my 5.5.....thank god i got a mamba for a spare. :lol::mad::p

Spoke to Horizon Hobby today and been told that ESC's will not be here until at least the end of the month, something to do with previous shipment got damaged.

and there was me saying how good the service was in earlier post, perhaps that might change.:mad:

6.5 still sitting cold in box, now running old 15t brushed.:yawn:

Just so you know, it was totally out of their hands. I container got badly damaged in transit. Not much the guys could do!

Im like you, waiting for my speedo's to arrive. We'll both have to be patient ;) it'll be worth the wait :)

YEEEEE got mine in the post today, taken over a month but hey ho.:lol:
