how long is too long?
 
i sent a parcel last wednesday and still the guy hasnt got it! is that still royal snail being slow or should i claim as i sent it recorded and seems to be in transit somewhere between glasgow and nottingham! :eh?:

you need to call them, if it got a tracking number on it!!! You may even find it returns to you, if you got a senders address.

NEVER!!! send anything 'recorded'.
Pointless waste of time.
Best to send stuff 'special delivery'.
I've had loads of stuff get lost in recorded mail, or take ages to get there.
its not guaranteed next day or even 2nd class! It just guarantees that it gets signed for when it does eventually arrive.

Special is a bit more cost but at least it guarantees that it'll get there next day.
I even sent a special parcel the other friday, expecting it to get there on monday, and it actually arrived on the saturday! and they say that it won't get there on a sat unless its sat delivery.

ah well i hope it turns up for the guy! eventually...........called them n thats how i know its somewhere in that area. if not ill be calling them again next wed:(

i sent a parcel, recorded, late afternoon and it got there the next day:)

i always use recorded if the item is less than £35

if its over that i will use special del.
