Difference between old and new chassis?

Ive bought a second hand S2 but I'm not sure what chassis it is?

It's the ex car from Andy Griff.

Thanks

You can see it on the Rear arms. Between the Rear toeinblock and the front one, you should have 2 Alu (wide Washers) this is the thing with the new one ,you can set the wheelbase to real short (SWB Short wheel base)

check my pic here, you can see the 2 Alu whashers

I only have 1 wide washer so it's the normal chassis?

Hi mate, its not the swb chassis. It's the std length one! Nice car you got there if its off mac:wub

But I suppose the STD one is good enough as JustARcFan is mostly racing on high grip astroturf. I'm even using the long wheelbase rear brace for such tracks, it's awesome.

it was a very good car on high grip surfaces, nearly always ran it on swb setting myself:thumbsup:

The main idea of the rear hinge pin mod that ThomasP shows was to straighten the driveshaft angle, the forward sweep of the shafts made the car very unpredictable on bumpy sections, and made the car jack up on loose tracks. If you were on a loose, bumpy track with the wishbones all the way forward it was a nightmare to get forward traction.
