the caharger is brand new never used got it last week but need the cash £30 posted.(selling again as the guy never paid for it)

if you sent the payment as a gift, i dont think you are covered by paypal

EVEN if you sent as payment for goods... !! read the ppal small prints

(only ppal on ebay covers you)

Your best bet is to pay for goods via a credit card account that is registered with Paypal.
If your goods dont show up then you will be covered by your credit card company.
Unfortunately however, that means that sending a gift payment incurs fees for the buyer - not the seller.

I'm not sure about that Rich, I think I read somewhere that the credit card company only covers you for the initial transaction (in this case that would be Paypals sevice) any transaction beyond that is not at their risk?
