LipO 7.5t BL advice
 

Hi there, Just a few questions about a prospective purchase here.
How would a Trakpower 3200maH 20c (or any battery for that matter with similar maH/c rating) fare when used with a 7.5.t Brushless setup?


I'm assuming i'd last 5 mins...but how long would it last? Obviously track and driving style would have an effect. Likewise a well used pack wouldn't last quite as long.


Is there like a general rule of thumb here?


Any help would be much appreciated!

ran a Nosram 7.5 with B4 gearbox on 26/78 @ Worksop with TP 32's 20c & Demon 35c saddle pack LiPo.

used approx 1200mah per 5 min race after with 1 lap either side of start & finish with 2wd. Expect to use half again in 4wd

the bigger C rating makes a hugh difference to the get up & go :thumbsup:

Cool I was wondering this too as I have a Vampire Racing 5200 LIPO and getting rid of all my NIMH batteries. Got another LIPO coming and that should do me for a mornings racing. If not - spend more money :)
