I like having my internet connection, so I am not stupid enough to download dodgy music.
Anyone that is using their internet for this will no doubt have their IP logged by the BPI, record companies etc already and multiple times. The ISP's already have a name and shame system set up, if you get caught you get put on a public list (that will look good when job hunting) and the new digital manifesto proposed by the government will likely se you cut off from your ISP...
What is £3 for an album anyway, and actually giving the artist so money.

Legal, cheap and good quality. Much much better than the crap that is itunes, no crappy software to clog up the system and music full of DRM or purchase markers... The 'locker' idea is awesome too, means your music is there to keep unlike Amazon etc.
